Key Biscayne musician gets 12 years in prison for cyclist’s death

Carlos Bertonatti, the aspiring Key Biscayne pop star who killed a cyclist in a drunk-driving hit-and-run car crash, will serve a 12-year prison sentence, a judge ruled Thursday.
